LLMs sometimes deviate from the intended flow of an agent's actions. While conversations are often unstructured, transactions follow strict rules. Our hybrid orchestrator-driven approach merges LLM-based responses with logic-based process accelerators. Using a chain of verifications on LLMs output we get improved accuracy and customer confidence in adopting and scaling AI solutions.”
