Reducing Errors in Financial Reconciliation

Financial reconciliation is an extremely important part of accounting efforts. While some of the data is available in a tabular format, its validation has to be done with numbers interspersed in long-form content. Accounts in order forms parse through thousands of lines of 8K and 10K filings to reconcile numbers.

Aistra’s domain-specific content-aware tools are trained to identify numbers across a myriad of nomenclature variations and correlate. Our human validation approach then ensures these insights are captured for future training of the AI.
